Notes and what is not covered

These notes come straight from the data behind this page. They record what a rate depends on and what we have left out, so read them as part of the numbers.

Brokerage rules from 17 Nov 2025

Revised from 17 Nov 2025: delivery and intraday the lower of Rs 20 or 0.1%, minimum Rs 5; F&O flat Rs 20 per executed order. Matches the charges page and the support page read on 2026-11-01. The charges page also shows a fourth brokerage column (lower of Rs 20 or 0.25%) whose segment is unlabelled in the page text; the support page states F&O is Rs 20, so that is followed. Paid plans (e.g. Pro Plus) charge more and are not modelled; first-30-day Rs 500 brokerage waiver ignored.

Brokerage rules from 1 Nov 2024

Before 17 Nov 2025 (the "current pricing" column of Angel One's own notice): delivery the lower of Rs 20 or 0.1%, minimum Rs 2; intraday the lower of Rs 20 or 0.03%. Angel One's support page says delivery brokerage began on 1 Nov 2024 (minimum Rs 5 there, which conflicts with the Rs 2 in the dated notice; the notice is followed). Not yet verified: that intraday and F&O were the same from 2024-11-01. F&O flat Rs 20 per executed order.

DP charge from 1 Nov 2024

CDSL Rs 3.5 + Angel One Rs 16.5 per debit transaction on delivery sells (GST extra), from the charges page read on 2026-11-01. Not yet verified before that check.
